A 40TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AT HOME
A private house was the location for this celebration for 40 guests.

Our clients provided their own drinks, which we served,  and we provided
all the food, chefs, staff and equipment.

Guests were greeted with champagne, cocktails and canapé , followed by a selection of miniature plated starters, main courses and desserts to create a ‘full meal’ experience.

STARTERS
Cured Salmon with Crayfish and Caviar, Bresaola with Goats Cheese Dressing,
Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Butternut Veloute.

MAIN COURSES
Roasted Belly of Pork with Salsa Verde, Roasted Rump of Lamb with Aubergine Caviar, Sweet Potato, Artichoke and Feta Wellington

DESSERTS
Limoncello and Pistachio Brulee
Coconut Panacotta with Mango Puree and White Chocolate
Candied Oranges with Star Anise and Orange Sorbet
